Before starting your adventure, all group members must carefully read this page.
It contains essential information to ensure the best possible experience
On-Time Arrival
All players must arrive at the scheduled time, avoiding both early arrivals and delays.
Strict punctuality is required
​Before You Enter
All players must complete the participation forms and choose in advance whether to include the actor. A short briefing video must be watched before entering
No Force
Allowed
Nothing in the room requires force. Do not push, pull, or force any objects.Everything will open or activate once solved properly

​Emergency Buttons
Emergency buttons must only be used in real emergencies. Any activation will immediately end the experience
Do Not Reach Above 2 Meters
​For safety and gameplay reasons, do not touch anything above 2 meters or attempt to climb. Everything you need is within easy reach
​Warning Signs
​Real warning signs are placed throughout the room. Any object or area marked with these signs is not part of the game and must not be touched
​Time Limit
You have 60 minutes to finish the game. Time begins as soon as you step inside
​Hints
Unlimited hints are available through in-room devices.
If needed, the game master will assist you over the microphone
​Any use of force on props or the actor, even minimal, is strictly prohibited.
Any physical contact with the actor will result in the immediate termination of the experience for the entire group, with no refund.
Under no circumstances will the actor touch participants
​Late Arrivals
​Late arrivals will result in reduced game time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your booking will be automatically canceled and a 50% fee will apply
No-Show Policy
​Failure to attend your booking will result in automatic cancellation and a 50% charge. An invoice will be issued and must be paid within 15 business days. The details provided at booking will be used, and future reservations will no longer be permitted
Name, Title
The Paranormal experience is not available for players under 16. For all other experiences, anyone 14 or younger must be accompanied by an adult inside the room throughout the game. IMPORTANT: Infants, strollers and pets are not allowed for safety reasons
Early Exit
You are free to leave at any time; however, no refunds will be given. Once you exit, you cannot re-enter or continue the experience under any circumstances
Extra Players
You can add a 7th and 8th player during booking for an additional fee (with or without the actor). However, our experiences are designed for 6 players,going beyond this may reduce comfort, space and overall immersion
Dress Code & Personal Items
Wear comfortable clothes; high heels are not allowed. Phones and personal items must be left outside and will be secured in lockers

Entry Requirements
Participation is not allowed under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
If one or more players are deemed unfit, the booking may be canceled with a 50% charge
